A stunning hotel with room for growth

The palace's architecture is an unforgettable sight. We enjoyed lazy afternoons by the gorgeous pool, soaking up the sun and enjoying the tranquil atmosphere. The stunning mountain views added an exquisite backdrop.

Our overall experience was marred by inconsistent service. Check-in took longer than expected, and we faced challenges with some amenities that were either unavailable or disorganized.

The grounds of Fairmont Tazi Palace impressed me immediately. the gardens were lush, and the pool area felt tranquil. The staff showed incredible kindness and attentiveness, especially during my meal experiences at Parisa restaurant. I found the cocktails at the Innocence bar delightful, even though I hoped for live music that never occurred. The Deluxe King Room, with its private garden terrace, was spacious and beautifully appointed. the lack of basic amenities like water bottles and empty toiletries like shampoo was disappointing. I expected more attention to detail given my previous stays at this esteemed hotel.

Request room cleaning earlier in the day. wait times can be significant. watch for limited menu items at the bar and restaurants.

The cocktails at the Innocence bar were absolutely delightful, and I couldn't get enough of the delicious offerings at Parisa restaurant! Plus, the property is stunning, with a breathtaking pool and lush gardens that definitely added to the ambiance.

We faced a bit of a wait for our rooms—over three hours, and the service could have been sharper, especially during breakfast when we were left table-hunting in the heat. Let's just say the organization needs a solid boost!

My stay at Fairmont Tazi Palace Tangier was delightful! The staff were attentive and exceptionally friendly, making me feel right at home. I particularly enjoyed the exquisite cocktails crafted by Rashid at the bar, who brought a wonderful mix of creativity and warmth to my evenings.

the mosquitoes in the room made it hard to sleep. but the staff was super friendly and helped us right away! the pool area was incredible and peaceful! the food was really tasty and well presented! !

It was quieter than a library, and I half expected to see a tumbleweed roll by. the food presentation was so basic, it felt like I was dining at a casual diner!
